Amazon Web Services（AWS）では、パートナー＆スペシャリストチームにおいて、人工知能（AI）および機械学習（ML）領域のシニア パートナードメインスペシャリスト（PDS）を募集しています。本ポジションでは、高いインパクトを持つAI/MLパートナーエコシステムを構築することにより、日本におけるAI/ML導入を加速するという戦略の実現に取り組んでいただきます。ワールドクラスのチームと連携し、パートナーケイパビリティの開発、パートナーを通じたAI/ML案件の推進、そしてAWSの全セールスセグメントにおける顧客を支える多様かつスケーラブルなAI/MLパートナー体制の構築をリードして Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience - 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Need fluent Japanese and business level English Preferred: - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - MBA - Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level - Experience working with AI, SaaS, or cloud-native technology or consulting partners in Japan - Demonstrated ability to build and scale partner ecosystems and enablement programs Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
