Intern Social Media & Events Specialist, 6-month contract

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Intern Communications, Social Media & Events Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support a variety of communications initiatives, including social media management, employee engagement events, internal communications campaigns, and visual content creation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, community engagement, event coordination, and content production within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Support the creation and publishing of content across social media channels Assist with internal communications initiatives, including employee updates, campaigns, announcements, and engagement activities Help plan and execute online and offline events, including employee engagement initiatives and studio activities Gather stories, achievements, and highlights from teams across the studio for internal and external communications Create and adapt visual materials for social media, internal communications, presentations, and events Assist with event logistics, coordination, setup, and post-event feedback collection Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities Support reporting and content performance tracking when needed Requirements Experience Some experience in communications, social media management, content creation, event coordination, or a related field is a plus. Experience creating visual content for digital channels, university projects, personal portfolios, student organizations, or previous internships is an advantage. Skills Good understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Photoshop Ability to create visually appealing content and adapt assets for different platforms Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Creativity and an eye for storytelling and visual communication Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and processes Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Mindset Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Passion for communications, social media, storytelling, and event organization Comfortable working with different stakeholders and gathering information from various teams Positive attitude and willingness to contribute across multiple communication projects Are you looking to work with enthusiastic experts who are tackling game-changing challenges in entertainment and beyond?
