Associate Deal Manager

The Associate Deal Manager for Brand Partnerships will oversee the deal follow-up and ensure proper execution. You will take charge once the partnership is signed by the Hunters’ team and will be responsible for coordinating both externally with partners but also internally with Hunters and the marketing team. The Associate Deal Manager will basically act as the coordinator of the deal for Ubisoft stakeholders, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic goals. Main missions You will support the brand partnership activities for America alongside the Hunters in charge of this market. You will be in charge of overseing and interact daily with partners across various domains: Technical, operational, and financial setup. Submission of products/agreements to key stakeholders. Timeline updates You will also oversee the update to the different Ubisoft stakeholders informed of Key milestones and information on the deals Establish and communicate key dates Ensure that the submission of marketing assets is smooth between the partner and our marketing team You will also have to coordinate with the legal team and Hunters regarding contract updates and commercial terms. Transversal Missions You will engage with the marketing team to refine strategies and boost overall performance. You will work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and designated project managers to define the scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timeline for new initiatives. You will identify the critical needs of cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and communication. You will analyze and evaluate risks across programs, propose mitigation strategies, and deliver detailed reports to managers and stakeholders. Each step will require your strategic insight and attention to detail, ensuring every initiative aligns with the overarching goals. You are capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and prioritizing effectively. You demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, providing tailored solutions to every challenge. You are well-known for being a team player and enjoy acting as a business accelerator and facilitator, providing tools, information, and trends to the business and marketing teams, and contributing to the success of the entire team. You excel at working with cross-functional teams and external partners, fostering harmonious and effective collaboration. You are also able to juggle competing demands from multiple teams and can communicate confidently with top management (e.g., Marketing Director).
