The Program Manager, Alma leads program management across Alma—driving cross-functional coordination, stakeholder alignment, and execution across a portfolio of Alma initiatives and accounts. This role is intentionally broad and dynamic: the Program Manager will flex across different Alma projects as priorities shift, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum wherever it’s needed most. This is a full-time, remote role reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Operations. 

What you’ll do:

• Lead program management across a portfolio of Alma projects, including planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through
• Flex across different Alma initiatives as priorities evolve, standing up structure quickly for new or ambiguous workstreams
• Serve as a primary operational lead, driving progress against commitments, milestones, and service expectations
• Drive clarity on priorities, owners, decision points, and next steps across workstreams and teams
• Maintain visibility into program progress, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues early with clear mitigation plans
• Collaborate across Analytics, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other partners to support strong program execution
• Align stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, handoffs, and readiness needs across workstreams
• Review and integrate cross-functional inputs to ensure plans and materials reflect account and program context
• Serve as a trusted operational partner to internal and external stakeholders, supporting readiness, change management, and adoption
• Partner on reporting and business reviews, ensuring materials are accurate, actionable, and aligned to commitments
• Build and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms that strengthen visibility, accountability, and execution across Alma

What success looks like in this role:

• Alma program priorities are managed with clear plans, ownership, and follow-through, regardless of which project or account is in focus
• Cross-functional partners are aligned on roles, timelines, dependencies, and next steps
• Risks and issues are surfaced early and addressed with practical mitigation plans
• Internal and external stakeholders experience Alma programs as organized, responsive, and well managed
• Program management processes improve visibility, accountability, and consistency without creating unnecessary overhead
• The role flexes smoothly across projects, picking up new initiatives with minimal ramp-up time

What you’ll bring:

• 4-6+ years of experience in program management, operations, customer-facing delivery, or similar cross-functional roles
• Strong experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder work in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
• Comfort moving across multiple concurrent projects and adapting quickly to shifting priorities
• Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence rather than direct authority
• Strong operational judgment and ability to balance competing priorities and constraints
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to synthesize cross-functional inputs into clear plans, priorities, and next steps
• Track record of identifying risks early and driving practical solutions
• Experience improving processes or operating models to support stronger execution

The target base salary for this role is $80,000 - $92,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
