Sr Technical Program Manager, AWS Marketing Technology, AI and Analytics

The Technology, AI, and Analytics (TAA) team within AWS Marketing is responsible for powering our vision to become the best B2B marketing organization by using technology to improve customer and marketer Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent - Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management - Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering Preferred: - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership - Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably AWS), database systems (SQL and NoSQL), AI tools for development productivity, contributing to open-source projects, and/or version control systems - Knowledge of Marketing Technologies and Strategies (ABM, Personalization, Customer Journeys, Campaign Management, and others) - Experience with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
