The Senior Manager, Professional Services Cloud Architects (PCAM) leads a team of 8–10 ProServe Cloud Architects (PCAs) within North America. Reporting to the Senior PCAM NAMER Lead, this role combines Basic qualifications: - 10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting, or 5+ years of people leadership experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field - 3+ years of people leadership experience - Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects - Experience in guiding, training and mentoring others, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service Preferred: - AWS certification - 5+ years of cloud computing experience - Experience building and operating a cloud-based architecture - AWS Professional level certification, or 1+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience - Experience working in a matrixed organization Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
