AWS Billing Contract Onboarding is looking for a technical leader who thrives on solving complex operational problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll be the go-to Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience - Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations - Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent - Experience applying AI, machine learning, or automation tools to improve operational workflows Preferred: - Experience working within a high-growth, technology company - Experience with cloud, server or infrastructure technologies and business models - Experience mentoring, coaching, and influencing colleagues, collaborators, and stakeholders - Experience building or championing automation solutions that reduced manual effort at scale Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
