Are you passionate about helping customers unlock the power of generative artificial intelligence (AI) and business intelligence? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Solutions Architect to become a Basic qualifications: - Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients - 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, data science, data & analytics) experience - Proven expertise in building agentic search systems and implementing automated LLM-driven evaluation frameworks for complex AI retrieval pipelines. Preferred: - - Automated Evaluation Frameworks: Designing advanced continuous evaluation loop methodologies or synthetic dataset generation to monitor agent drift and hallucination rates. - - Agentic Search Workflows: Architecting autonomous search engines that use multi-step reasoning (e.g., ReAct, Plan-and-Solve) to break complex user intents into sequential, multi-turn exploration paths. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
