Senior Sales Manager - EMEA, AWSI Energy & Utilities

AWS is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead and inspire high-performing teams across EMEA, win transformative Basic qualifications: - Proven track record of building, leading, developing and retaining high-performing sales teams. - 10+ years of Enterprise Sales Experience with a history of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals that deliver measurable business impact. - Deep understanding of cloud, infrastructure, data, analytics, and AI/ML with ability to translate technology into strategic business outcomes. - Demonstrated ability to set bold strategy, prioritize effectively, and operationalize plans with disciplined execution. Trusted advisor to senior executives through storytelling and value selling; exceptional influencing and negotiation skills. - Strong industry expertise in Energy & Utilities, and how digital transformation drives operational efficiency and innovation. - Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools to manage pipeline, forecast, and performance. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in another European language preferred. Preferred: - Experience leveraging ISV and GSI partnerships to accelerate business growth. - Sophisticated contract and commercial negotiation skills for complex multi-year enterprise agreements. - Proven success leading through ambiguity and scaling new initiatives across large organizations. - Comfort working across global, matrix organizations and diverse teams.
