An AWS Technical Account Manager is a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for our Enterprise Support customers. As a trusted advisor you’ll have a direct impact in helping our customers gain Basic qualifications: - Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment - Experience in technical engineering - Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership, or experience with external customer interaction Preferred: - Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead - AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar) - Track record in influencing management in technical, operational and strategic decisions - Hands-on experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
