The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join the Cloud Platform and Migrations team. In this role, you'll work closely with customers Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent - 3+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience - 4+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including, but not limited to, Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations experience - 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience Preferred: - Experience with automation and any version control tools, or experience in Kubernetes, Docker or containers ecosystem and experience with programming/scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby and/or PHP) - Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA etc.) - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders - Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud - Experience with AI/ML technologies - AWS experience preferred, with experience in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53, ECS, EKS) - AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
