The Applied AI Acceleration Solutions Architecture (AAA-SA) team is transforming how specialist expertise is delivered at scale across AWS. We are building agentic solutions that operationalize deep domain Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of technical product or program management experience - 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers - Experience with AI/ML technologies - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in software development - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred: - 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience - MBA, or 2+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience - Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs - 7+ years of highly scalable systems experience - Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - Experience leading and influencing your team or organization, or experience in professional, non-internship software development Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
