MarTech Lead, DCoE and MarTech, AWS Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Senior MarTech Platform Specialist to lead the hands-on implementation, optimization, and scaling of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), marketo, SFDC, or any other marketing Basic qualifications: - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 6+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, MarTech, or Customer Data Platform roles - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time CDP, AJO/AJO B2B, and CJA - 5+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred), including campaign configuration, lead scoring, nurture programs, and API integrations - Deep expertise in identity resolution architecture, XDM schema design, data ingestion (batch and streaming), merge policies, and audience segmentation Preferred: - Experience performing complex business case analysis to justify technical decisions and presenting the justification to management in a high-level review - Experience in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies - Experience implementing change management successfully transitioning programs into large-scale operations - Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and paid media platform integrations -Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, CJA, or equivalent) - Data fluency, including ability to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, perform root cause analysis, and present insights to executive audiences Preferred Qualifications - Certification in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP Developer or Architect) or Marketo Certified Expert - Experience defining and implementing data governance frameworks and identity strategies across complex, multi-system environments Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
