Marketing Manager, Global Builder Lofts , Developer Experience

AWS Developer Experience is looking for a Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end marketing strategy and digital presence for the AWS Builder Loft program globally. Builder Lofts are physical developer Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience in designing and producing content for a technical audience, such as Software Engineers, System Administrators, or IT professionals - Experience analyzing digital marketing campaigns, patterns and data trends to determine if they are meeting business objectives, and in turn leading recommendations to optimize - - Experience managing event registration or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Cvent, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar). Preferred: - Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities - - Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools to drive efficiency, personalization, and scale - - Familiarity with community-led growth strategies and grassroots marketing. - -Experience in event marketing - - Experience coordinating with PR teams on product launches or location openings. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
