Lab Development Engineer, Dedicated Cloud Training

As part of the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization, we have a vision to provide business applications, leveraging Amazon's unique experience and expertise, that are used by millions of companies worldwide Basic qualifications: - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - Experience designing and developing IT or technical training materials and content - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) BB/3P Full Time Exempt experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation - Experience in a training role, including technical training - Experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures on material handling equipment and automated systems - Experience repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, and related mechanical/controls equipment - Experience implementing and enforcing safety standards within warehouse and maintenance environments - Experience troubleshooting and performing diagnostics on material handling equipment (MHE) to identify and resolve complex operational issues Preferred: - Experience with graphic training systems and multimedia content creation - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting - Experience with technical writing and instructional design - Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions - Experience working cross-functionally across several teams both technical and non-technical - Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
