Job Requisition ID # 26WD101343 Position Overview With today’s rapidly changing markets, our customers must become more agile and resilient to adapt their operations quickly and efficiently. They are increasingly seeking connected solutions that provide actionable insights across their facilities to reduce costs, increase throughput, and improve operational performance. The Product Marketing Specialist, part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, will help define product positioning, naming, messaging, and audience insights for FlexSim and Fusion Operations, using those foundations to guide launch priorities and go-to-market strategies., You’ll also support the Digital Factory story and play a key role in shaping the future of these products, driving customer adoption, and building a strong, loyal customer base. The Product Marketing Specialist will report directly into the Sr Principal Product Marketing Manager. Responsibilities Define and execute end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for FlexSim and Fusion Operations features and product releases, including target audience definition, positioning, and messaging that clearly communicates the business value of our operations solutions Support and advance Autodesk’s Digital Factory story, demonstrating how connected digital workflows enable better decision-making across design, build, and operations, while helping manufacturers adapt facilities as products and processes evolve to improve efficiency and productivity Partner closely with Product Management teams to influence feature prioritization, and lead launch planning and execution that drives adoption and customer success Develop compelling product narratives and content (e.g., blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, sales enablement) grounded in customer insights, pain points, competitive analysis, and key product differentiation to drive awareness, demand, adoption, and retention Equip Sales and customer-facing teams with the messaging, tools, and competitive insights needed to effectively position FlexSim and Fusion Operations with target audiences Influence global marketing initiatives including campaigns, webinars, events, and demand generation programs, in collaboration with Campaign Development and Demand Generation teams to drive pipeline and revenue Act as the evangelist internally and externally, translating industry trends, product innovations, and Autodesk’s broader solution portfolio into impactful storytelling and thought leadership Synthesize market trends, competitive intelligence and customer insights to inform product and feature strategy, while ensuring alignment and execution across Sales, Brand, and Events teams Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in marketing, communications, engineering, or related field 6+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, with experience working with technical products, B2B software, or SaaS based business Experience in driving marketing results from strategy to tactical execution Proven track record partnering with cross-functional teams Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks Manufacturing, industrial operations, or AECO industry experience a plus The Ideal Candidate Is passionate about understanding customers and translating product features into persona-specific, relevant benefits Can break down complex ideas into simple messaging Can help create engaging content that helps bring the product story to life Is a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to collaborate while being able to independently bring projects to completion Can combine their analytical skills with an intuition for key customer insights and industry trends Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $78,000 and $139,150. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
