Program Manager, Named Accounts, Autodesk Education

Job Requisition ID # 26WD101241 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Autodesk Education team. You will lead complex, highly visible programs that span multiple functions and business priorities, translating strategy into execution, aligning stakeholders and customers, establishing effective governance, and driving measurable business outcomes. This role combines strong program leadership with a consulting mindset. You will step into complex, often ambiguous environments, quickly identify what matters, frame decisions, and push teams forward with clarity and urgency. Responsibilities Translate defined objectives into clear scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success measures Build and run the operating mechanisms: program plans, action and risk tracking, status updates, and governance Surface risks, dependencies, and execution gaps early and recommend practical solutions Drive decisions to closure and hold owners, including senior stakeholders, to their commitments; follow up persistently and escalate blockers before they become misses Facilitate working sessions, identify trade-offs, and translate business or customer needs into actionable plans Own selected budget, vendor, and reporting responsibilities Continuously improve how the team plans, executes and tracks Work independently, with guidance at critical points, and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, strategy and operations, or PMO roles Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive action through stakeholders who do not report to you, including senior leaders Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to travel to customer institutions and Autodesk events, up to 30% The Ideal Candidate Passionate about higher education Comfortable pushing stakeholders to commit and deliver while keeping relationships intact Skillful in surfacing assumptions, clarifying priorities, and accelerating decision-making in complex environment Energized by solving complex problems and bringing diverse stakeholders together around shared outcomes Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $78,000 and $140,360. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
