As your experience grows, your responsibilities may expand to include: Supporting our software development process, from business analysis through testing. Defining and implementing test strategies based on a solid understanding of our clients’ needs. Performing business analysis and solution design activities. Providing technical and functional support as well as training for consultants. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking & Finance (or an equivalent field). Fluency in Spanish (minimum C1) and English; additional language skills are considered an advantage. Analytical team player with excellent organizational and self-management skills. Dynamic personality with strong intellectual curiosity and creativity. Ability to quickly understand complex problems, think independently, and propose innovative approaches to problem-solving when appropriate.
