Als Senior Financial Controller (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserer Finanzorganisation. Du verantwortest Forecasts, Budgetplanung und Cash-Flow-Analysen, entwickelst unser Reporting weiter und unterstützt mit fundierten Analysen strategische Entscheidungen. Dabei kombinierst du Finance-Expertise mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für Prozesse, Zahlen und Unternehmenssteuerung. Deine Aufgaben Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgets und Szenarioanalysen Finance Business Partner für Accounting und weitere interne Stakeholder Erstellung und Überwachung von Cash-Flow-Planungen Analyse von Plan-Ist-Abweichungen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen Weiterentwicklung von Reportings, Kalkulationen und Finanzkennzahlen Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen sowie Unterstützung beim Ausbau unserer BI-Landschaft Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Finance-Systeme und Schnittstellen Dein Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling oder Accounting bzw. vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Financial Controlling Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung, insbesondere nach HGB Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP- und BI-Systemen Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Zahlenaffinität Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, finanzielle Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln Deutsch auf C1/C2-Niveau sowie Englisch mindestens auf B2-Niveau Warum wir?
