Its modular design lets you optimize for cost or latency or auto-select the best topology per workload. **About the role** We’re hiring a Partnerships Associate to help build and scale our partner ecosystem across AI, cloud, and enterprise segments. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with founders and GTM leadership to identify, activate, and grow strategic partnerships - from cloud providers to model builders, system integrators (SIs) & Global Capability Centers (GCCs). **What is expected from you-** * Identify and onboard strategic partners * Support partnership lifecycle: sourcing → outreach → nurturing → activation → growth * Build and manage the entire partnership pipeline * Work with partners on co-selling and GTM initiatives * Coordinate joint campaigns, events, and integrations * Enable partners with the right product knowledge and messaging * Track and optimize partner-driven revenue and opportunities * Collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams **What we’re looking for-** * 2-6 years of experience in B2B enterprise/SaaS partnerships, or BD/sales roles (experience dealing with clouds is a bonus) * Experience working in or with B2B AI / SaaS / developer tools companies * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes * Meticulously organized with strong execution skills & high agency **Good to have-** * Experience & understanding of AI/ML, APIs, or cloud infrastructure * Past roles with flavour of partner-led growth or alliances * Has worked closely with sales or GTM teams * Prior exposure to global markets (US / EU) **Why Join Simplismart?** * Opportunity to define and lead the global identity of a fast-growing GenAI company. * Work closely with leadership on high-impact initiatives from global event campaigns to overall storytelling. * Be part of a team that values design as a strategic lever, not just execution. * Competitive compensation and growth opportunities in a high-energy startup environment.
