Sales Engineer

Its modular design lets you optimize for cost or latency or auto-select the best topology per workload. **What is expected from you-** * Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle and provide technical support. * Join customer calls to understand their business, AI/ML and infrastructure requirements. * Conduct technical discovery with CTOs, engineering, ML, MLOps and infrastructure teams. * Understand customers' AI workloads, model serving, GPU usage, cloud/on-prem setup, and performance requirements. * Design and recommend technical solutions using company based on customer needs. * Create solution architectures, technical proposals and architecture diagrams where required. * Conduct product demos and technical presentations for customers. * Lead POCs and technical evaluations, including deployment, testing and performance analysis. * Help customers demonstrate improvements in latency, scalability, GPU utilization and infrastructure cost. * Identify technical challenges, integration requirements and blockers, and work with Product and Engineering to resolve them. * Support RFPs, security questionnaires and technical due diligence during enterprise sales cycles. * Capture customer feedback and help Product and Engineering teams improve the platform. **What we’re looking for-** * 3–7 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering/Architecture, FDE, Cloud Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles. * Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and cloud technologies. * Experience working with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders. * Familiarity with LLMs/GenAI, model inference, GPUs, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP, APIs, and MLOps/DevOps. * Ability to understand customer architectures and design practical technical solutions. * Strong communication, presentation, and technical discovery skills. * Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get hands-on with technology. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. **Why Join Simplismart?** * Opportunity to define and lead the brand identity of a fast-growing GenAI company. * Work closely with leadership on high-impact initiatives from global event campaigns to overall storytelling. * Be part of a team that values design as a strategic lever, not just execution. * Competitive compensation and growth opportunities in a high-energy startup environment.
