Context & Mission As the Technical Lead, you will provide technical leadership for an embedded squad building with a set of reusable and interoperable AI agents spanning multiple consumer touchpoints (owned sites, chatbots, ChatGPT, and retailer apps). You will drive technical architecture, agent orchestration, and seamless integration across enterprise ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Lead large, distributed engineering teams in delivering production-grade GenAI services. Define and drive agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integration, and knowledge graphs. Navigate and leverage existing ecosystem (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Salesforce). Collaborate closely with Advanced Engineering and Modiface teams, leveraging a strong AI/ML and computer vision culture to make the right architectural bets. Ensure strict adherence to technical constraints, including GCP cloud architecture, Google ADK/Vertex AI, security, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. Proven leadership of large, distributed engineering teams in complex enterprise environments. Deep expertise in agent orchestration, MCP, A2A integration, and knowledge graphs. Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML frameworks and computer vision (collaboration with Modiface). Strong background in building and running productised GenAI services. Hybrid working model based in Paris (2-3days/week onsite).
