Good To Have Skills : Mandarine speaking Job Description : Location: Shanghai (preferred) Xi''an (ok) Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management 2. Cross-functional & Cross-region Stakeholder Alignment Collaborate internally with marketing, revenue, loyalty, hotel operations, legal, information security and global HQ IT teams. Manage external outsourcing vendors, development, testing and design partners . Align standards between global and China teams, resolve cross-timezone and cross-team dependencies and bottlenecks to drive decision-making. 3. Vendor & Outsourcing Governance Oversee performance and delivery of technical outsourcing vendors; participate in SOW review, effort estimation and milestone acceptance. Track vendor resource allocation and delivery quality, identify vendor risks, manage changes, issues and defect closure, and assess vendor delivery performance. 4. Business Requirement & Localization Delivery Gather digital requirements from business stakeholders, facilitate requirement workshops and user story refinement. Balance global product specifications with China local adaptations including mini-programs, local payment methods, domestic compliance and data privacy requirements, and drive iteration and launch of UXL and guest-facing digital products. 5. Risk, Quality & Compliance Management Proactively identify technical, resource, compliance and data security risks, and build mitigation plans. Drive code review, test strategy and UAT acceptance to ensure projects comply with Marriott information security, data privacy and brand standards. Monitor production incidents post-launch and lead root-cause retrospectives. 6. Process Improvement & Project Retrospective Organize project retrospectives upon delivery completion, capture lessons learned, templates and best practices. Continuously optimize project management workflows within Digital Engineering, and archive project artifacts, documentation and knowledge base for reuse on future digital initiatives.
