Office & Workplace Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Office & Workplace Coordinator with excellent German and English language skills. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional office environment while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day workplace activities. The position is fixed-term for one year. First impressions count - you welcome our business partners, guests and employees with a smile. As an organizational talent, you ensure a smooth daily office routine and a positive working atmosphere. You live the service concept and enjoy working in a team. You contribute to various areas of responsibility such as event planning, health management, room planning & design, etc. You initiate projects on your own initiative to make the office even more professional and efficient. You have experience in the hotel industry, gastronomy, retail and/or have completed a commercial apprenticeship. Experience in organizing events as well as knowledge of inventory, merchandise management and shipping would also be desirable. An independent, structured and conscientious way of working is in your nature. You have a first-class service orientation and enjoy dealing with people.
