Garant.e du support informatique au studio, vos missions s’articuleront autour de 5 axes : Hardware & Parc informatique Installation, configuration et maintenance des postes de travail (Windows 11) et des serveurs (Windows Server 2022) Gestion rigoureuse du parc informatique : inventaire, suivi du cycle de vie du matériel, gestion des entrées/sorties et coordination des cycles de remplacement Gestion des dev kits et test kits Interaction avec les fournisseurs pour l'achat et la réparation de matériel Software & Administration Résolution des incidents et bugs logiciels et matériels Administration des comptes, gestion des accès et des autorisations (Active Directory, outils et serveurs locaux) Support et évolution de l'infrastructure de conférence et de réunion Local Infrastructure & Facility Participation à la gestion et à l'évolution de l'infrastructure locale, en coordination avec les équipes réseau et admin basées à Paris Gestion des systèmes d'alarme et de contrôle d'accès Participation à la gestion des locaux (déplacements de bureaux, réception et rangement du matériel, gestion du stock) Support & accompagnement users Support IT de proximité orienté service client Communication régulière et professionnelle des services IT auprès du personnel Animation de formations sur la sécurité informatique et les outils IT Events & Projets Support logistique et technique lors des événements internes et externes au studio Contribution à des projets transverses IT Must have : Maîtrise de Windows 11 et Windows Server Maîtrise des notions de réseau Active Directory , adressage IPv4, TCP/IP, VLAN, Wi-Fi) Rigueur et minutie dans la gestion des tâches Bon niveau d’ anglais (oral et écrit) Sens du service client et excellentes qualités de communication Curiosité, proactivité et capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle Nice-to-have : Connaissances Linux Passion pour le jeu vidéo et culture vidéoludique
