You have: 15+ years of hands-on experience in PCB-level troubleshooting and component failure diagnostics across complex telecom hardware Telecom hardware architecture expertise across Optical, Fixed Networks, and IP Networking domains Hands-on lab & repair experience, including spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, protocol testers, and ATE/repair test benches Strong understanding of telecom standards, technologies, and hardware design concepts, including NPI / technology transfer for repair readiness Optical hardware repair expertise, including DWDM and coherent optics, with exposure to legacy platforms under maintenance support Multi-technology & product exposure, supporting 10+ product families, EMS partners, and global repair operations; experience in OEM telecom environments preferred Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering Leadership & behavioral capabilities: mentoring engineers, strong analytical/troubleshooting mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and effective cross‑functional collaboration across global teams
