As a Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Power Platform, you will design and deliver innovative business solutions by leveraging tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define end-to-end solution architecture, enforce governance policies, and mentor development teams. Your expertise will drive digital transformation, enhance user experience, and optimize automation within the organization. Must-Have: 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT solution design and development, including at least 4+ years in Power Platform/low-code architecture roles Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages Strong hands-on experience in architecture of scalable solutions with a focus on performance and security Extensive experience with PowerShell, C#, or other programming languages for solution development Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management Nice-To-Have: Experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 agents Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 applications like MS Teams and SharePoint Experience in deploying large-scale technical solutions Passion for user experience, AI, and collaboration tools
