About you As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service/Repair Technician to join our growing team based in Mascot, NSW As a Service/Repair Technician with Electra Lifts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our customers’ assets. You’ll be supported by a well‑structured Service team, access to quality training, and a positive working environment that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Attend lift breakdowns promptly and carry out necessary repairs. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to uphold our strong customer service culture. Complete service reports, Job Hazard Forms, and track service activities accurately. Identify and recommend upgrade opportunities that may attract incentive payments for technicians. What You Will Need To Be Successful Hold a current Australian driver’s license. Have an Electrical trade license or relevant trade certification Previous experience within the Lift industry is required.
