Technical Project Manager – Telecommunications Solutions (Mission-Critical)

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to drive the delivery of cutting-edge telecommunications solutions, focusing on 5G NR, 5G Core (5GC), and end-to-end deployments. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating diverse teams, including RAN, core, integration, and testing, to ensure seamless project execution. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving performance, availability, and reliability targets for high-dependability network systems. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience managing telecom projects with 5G NR, 5GC, and system integration exposure. Understanding of telecom project lifecycles and network deployment processes. Experience in mission-critical environments, such as public safety or defense communications. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence) is essential. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills. Familiarity with 3GPP standards, network architecture, and telecom OAM practices is preferred. Experience working in high-availability, low-latency system contexts is advantageous. Knowledge of integration, testing, and performance validation for telecom systems. Certification in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile) is a plus.
