This position supports the FAB/ATP team in legal topics and contract negotiations by analyzing needs, proposing innovative ideas aligned with business requirements, and ensuring contractual activities are traceable, transparent, and compliant with Nokia policies and regulations. The Contract Manager drives the implementation of activities, templates, processes, and legal specific requirements to optimize category management skill sets. The Contract Manager orchestrates cooperation between NISS and NI Legal & Compliance (L&C). This role requires regular collaboration with teams operating in US time zones, including occasional availability during US business hours. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience supporting sourcing managers, Legal, or Procurement in supplier contract management. Strong legal knowledge and understanding with expertise in process and contract management of USA suppliers, contract drafting, negotiation, and risk mitigation. Effective communicator with full command of English and ability to cross-boundary collaboration. Strong influencing, assertiveness, and decision-making abilities.
