Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect for the Oil & Gas and Transport/Railway, you will play a crucial role in designing integration, and delivery of complex, mission-critical communication systems for Oil & Gas and Railway projects. Your functional knowledge Proven ability to develop and tailor optimized end-to-end design, leading multidisciplinary engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and detailed design through installation, commissioning, testing, and operational handover, ensuring alignment with industry standards and operational best practices. Must have: A degree in Electronics or Telecoms 8+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas and Transport/Railway segments. Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering activities in international environments. Excellent technical documentation and reporting capabilities. Effective coordination of suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams. Fluent English communication; additional languages highly valued in multinational project environments. Willing and available to travel globally for site integration, testing, commissioning, and customer support activities. Good to have: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to do Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of complex technical issues and Third-party system integration. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment. Experience in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and Field equipment and subsystem testing.
