As the Process Manager, you will oversee and guide a team of Machine Learning Research Analysts, ensuring the successful execution of ML projects. Your role is pivotal in driving innovation and staying at the forefront of AI & ML advancements. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to define research objectives and project scope. 10+ years of experience in the field of research on machine learning or a related field. M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline. Proven track record of conducting ML research, with publications or contributions to the ML community. Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in ML algorithms, including deep learning and reinforcement learning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques for ML applications. Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing for ML model training and testing. Familiarity with big data processing tools and distributed computing frameworks is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team. A creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement.
