Senior Engineer - GRMS/HAS/BMS

The Principal Engineer will lead the design and technical development of BMS, GRMS, HAS and SCADA systems within a consultancy setup. The role focuses on producing high-quality designs, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with project standards. This position requires strong design depth, solid communication skills, and the ability to guide teams across multiple project stages. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred. At least 10 years of experience in BMS, GRMS, HAS and SCADA design within a consultancy or design-focused role. Strong understanding of HVAC controls, energy management, room automation, and integration protocols. Proficiency with major BMS platforms and industry-standard design tools. Sound knowledge of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, IEC, ISO, etc.). Strong documentation and technical writing skills. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a consultancy environment. Ability to manage multiple design packages and meet deadlines. Certifications such as CET, PMP, or LEED are an advantage.
