Senior Coordinator - Proposal (US time zone)

WSP is currently seeking a Senior Coordinator - Proposal to support our Strategic Growth Team, US, who can, under direct supervision, assist other marketing professionals and managers in the administrative functions involved in preparing proposals, qualifications, and other marketing materials. We’re looking for is someone with a collaborative, can-do attitude who has a special knack for creativity and storytelling. The right candidate is an empathetic colleague who works to build community through positivity and who can bring home the win! This role will be based in the Noida/ Bengaluru office. Key Competencies / Skills Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a degree in Engineering, journalism or English 5 to 7 years of experience in proposal development and coordination or a similar environment Strong proposal/bid management and coordination skills Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, and SharePoint A self-motivated team member, who demonstrates initiative to go above and beyond the task at hand, and can effectively multitask Cultural awareness, conscientious and open mind Experience in engineering/ AEC industry, and exposure to US proposals / global stakeholders preferred. Able to work during US timezone.
