Senior Consultant - Project Management

Support the planning and design of transport and Infrastructure design delivery projects, including Roads, Highways, Aviation, Maritime, Rail, Transport Planning, Bridges and Tunnels, Water and Dry Utilities, etc., within the Middle East. This includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Architecture and/or Urban Planning, or a related field. Master’s degree in Project Management or Construction Management 4 - 6 years of experience in infrastructure, transport design, land development, or smart city projects. Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Road, Revit, STAAD, or similar). Understanding of national and international transport, land development, and smart city standards (IRC, AASHTO, Eurocodes, relevant smart city frameworks). PMP/ChAPM certification or working towards an equivalent professional qualification is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong project coordination and time management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and smart city technology requirements. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Power BI).
