We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Data Extraction & CX Support Analyst to support the Horizon Program and business operation. The primary focus of this role is extracting, analyzing, validating, and supporting the migration of data from Oracle HCM . The ideal candidate will also have experience providing day-to-day support for Oracle CX applications . This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, collaborate with business and technical teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced project environment. Experience: 7+ years preferred Location: Bengaluru Project: Horizon Program Key Screening Criteria Oracle HCM data extraction experience (primary requirement). Strong PL/SQL skills. Data migration and data conversion experience. Oracle CX application support Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment. BGV: Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
