Principal Consultant - Data Centres & Digital Infrastructure Advisory

Our Investment and Transaction Advisory team is at the forefront of supporting digital infrastructure growth, providing technical and commercial insight across high-value transactions in the data centre and digital infrastructure ecosystem. We are seeking an exceptional Principal Consultant to join our growing advisory team, with a focus on technical due diligence in data centres and digital infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work on hyperscale and colocation data centre platforms, edge infrastructure, and supporting digital ecosystems (including power, cooling, connectivity and real estate), while also providing exposure to a broader range of infrastructure sectors, including energy, transport and social infrastructure, across high-profile investment transactions and strategic advisory mandates. WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE Proven experience in data centres or digital infrastructure, ideally within: Engineering consultancy Advisory / due diligence Owner/operator or developer environment Strong understanding of: Data centre design and operations (power, cooling, redundancy) Capacity planning, utilisation, and scalability Asset lifecycle management and reliability Experience in technical due diligence or investment advisory for infrastructure assets. Ability to work on complex assignments and engage with senior stakeholders. Experience managing workstreams and delivering under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset across multidisciplinary teams. Interest in the growth of digital infrastructure and its role in enabling global connectivity and AI/data-driven economies.
