Oracle HR Reporting Analyst

You will join our Global Capability Center (GCC) as a Reporting Analyst supporting HR Technology & Insights across multiple regions. This role is responsible for managing both ad-hoc and recurring reporting while supporting the transition to automated, standardized, and globally scalable reporting solutions. You will play a key role in defining reporting requirements and developing automated, parameter-driven reports within Oracle HCM, enabling a more efficient and self-service reporting environment. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT, Business, HR, or related field 2–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or HR systems (shared services experience preferred) Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI), HCM preferred Strong querying skills and understanding of data structures Experience building automated or scalable reporting solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across regions Willingness to work in a global delivery model.
