You will be responsible for Business-as-Usual support, enhancements, and projects in Oracle Compensation Cloud and Oracle Global HR primarily, but could also contribute to Recruiting, Security and Access Management, Helpdesk, Onboarding, Talent and Performance Management, Reporting areas. Must-have: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience, out of which 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Core HR module Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM design/configure/build, including Fast Formulas, VBS, HDL Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in large, multi-region, AMS engagements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective stakeholder management Nice-To-Have: Experience in HR operations, especially Compensation and Core HR Experience in other Oracle HCM cloud modules/areas, e.g. ORC, Onboarding, Talent and Performance Management, Security and Access, HelpDesk, Advanced HCM Controls Experience in technical areas e.g HCM Extract, BIP, BICC, Integrations etc Relevant Oracle certifications Knowledge of automation tools for code migration, testing automation
