Global HR Services, Specialist This role is pivotal in delivering a smooth and efficient employee experience across the employee lifecycle. As a Specialist within Global HR Delivery, you will support high‑quality HR operations by ensuring accurate HRIS processing, timely service outcomes, and consistent employee and manager support, while partnering with key stakeholders to maintain strong service standards and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field. Relevant HR operations / HR shared services experience (5-8 years). Exposure to global HR processes is an added advantage. Core Competencies & Skills Knowledge or proficiency in HRIS platforms (Oracle, Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors). Analytical skills with the ability to validate information and prepare reports. Proficiency in MS Excel. BGV: Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
