Engineer Water & Wastewater (Plant 3D)

The suitable candidate for this role is an Engineer specializing in Plant and Piping design for Water and Wastewater projects, with a strong focus on Digital Delivery. The role involves close coordination with design engineers and digital teams across India and New Zealand, supporting project delivery through high‑quality CAD and 3D modelling outputs. The Engineer will take ownership of design, 3D modelling, drafting, and preparation of design documentation for water supply and wastewater (sewerage and drainage) infrastructure, including treatment plants, pump stations, and associated piping networks. The role supports projects across all stages, from concept and preliminary design through to detailed design and construction documentation. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Plant 3D piping designs and models , including layouts, profiles, long sections, and detailed drawings, while ensuring compliance with project standards, digital requirements, and specifications. Experience in Revit 3D modelling and Civil 3D modelling will be an added advantage. The role focuses on delivering accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready design & CAD deliverables that meet client requirements and project expectations. Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, or (B.Tech or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline Experience 6–12 years of proven experience in water supply and wastewater utility projects. Experience in utilities water, wastewater, recycled water pipeline projects, including potable water supply mains (DN50–DN1200), pumping stations, reservoirs, water sampling stations, bulk metering systems, emergency storage systems, odour control units and chemical dosing systems. Proven experience in AU/NZ projects is highly preferred, with additional exposure to UK, US, or Middle East projects considered an advantage.
