Customer Project Manager

The Customer Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of customer projects and programs within the railway and telecommunications environment. Acting as the primary interface for the customer throughout project execution, this role drives project planning, stakeholder management, financial performance, risk and opportunity management, and operational delivery. The Customer Project Manager ensures projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, company methodologies, and quality standards while fostering strong customer relationships and business growth opportunities. Must have: 12 years+ of experience in Customer Project Management and Contract Management. Proven experience managing complex customer-facing projects within railway, transportation, or telecommunications environments. Strong knowledge of T2G, railway systems, and IP backbone networks. Experience managing project financials, forecasting, and commercial performance. Strong customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage different projects, including different customer interfaces. Solid understanding of risk management, change management, and project governance principles. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Hebrew. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field is preferred. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage Nice to have Demonstrated rollout and deployment management experience.
