Coordinator- Graphic Design

WSP has a new opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our Earth & Environment Strategic Pursuits & Proposals Team on a full-time basis based in GCC India . We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the proposal and marketing teams to develop high-quality, visually appealing graphics that enhance our proposals, brochures, presentations, and reusable collateral. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in graphic design, video graphics, motion graphics, and 3D animation , with the ability to create engaging visual content that effectively communicates complex ideas and supports business development and marketing initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate, marketing, or proposal development environment. Experience creating and customizing visual assets for proposals, marketing collateral, and presentations. Proven experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Production, and 3D Animation . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video content creation, motion graphics, and 3D visualisation. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in building and maintaining graphic asset libraries is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the engineering, construction, or architecture industry. Knowledge of creating graphics for technical documents and proposals. Familiarity with proposal software and presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
