CAO Network Performance Engineer

As a Network Performance Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal network performance across Radio and Core domains. You will be responsible for establishing and managing performance measurement frameworks, automating data analysis processes, and delivering actionable performance insights to stakeholders. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify network performance issues, drive root cause analysis, coordinate escalations, and support end-to-end business operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, customer-facing experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving telecommunications environment. Experience in Network Performance Monitoring within telecommunications environments. Strong understanding of Radio Network Planning, Integration, and Optimization. Experience monitoring and analyzing Radio and Core Network KPIs, including performance degradation analysis and escalation management. Ability to develop and automate data analysis, reporting, and ETL processes. Customer-facing experience with strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English. Analytical, proactive, and hands-on approach to problem-solving. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility to participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation. Nice to have: Spanish language skills. Experience in Incident Management and Operations Support (L1/L2/L3). Knowledge of Core, IP, and Radio network technologies. Experience with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
