Associate - Structures

The Associate – Building Structures will lead and manage the delivery of building structural engineering projects across a range of sectors in the UK. The role involves technical leadership, project management, client engagement, team development, and ensuring high-quality design outputs in line with UK standards (Eurocode standards). The Associate will act as a key link between clients, project teams, and senior leadership, driving technical excellence and commercial success. Professional Qualifications  Chartered Engineer IStructE (highly desirable) or with ICE.  BEng/MEng/MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering. Experience  Typically, 15+ years of experience in building structure design and delivery.  Proven track record of leading UK-based multidisciplinary building projects  Experience with client-facing roles and team leadership Soft Skills  Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.  Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability  Commercial awareness and understanding of project financials.  Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
