Senior Financial Analyst (SRM)

Accountabilities:: Conduct quantitative analyses of information related to budgets, expenses, financial projects, and overall program performance to support informed business decisions. Collect, analyze, and interpret financial information for assigned accounts, products, product lines, or business units, tracking progress against established financial goals and objectives. Provide end-to-end financial oversight for assigned programs, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, earned value management, and long-range financial planning. Develop financial models and reports that communicate current and expected performance, helping program leadership evaluate trends, risks, opportunities, and potential courses of action. Analyze cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, investments, and other financial indicators to identify opportunities for improvements to financial procedures, plans, and controls. Collaborate with program managers, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to interpret financial results, assess risks, and recommend actions that support operational efficiency and profitability. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while supporting reporting, audit, and financial compliance requirements. Apply independent judgment and discretion when addressing complex financial problems, while serving as a resource for colleagues with less experience and potentially leading projects or defined project activities. Requirements: Associate’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, particularly in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Strong analytical thinking and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial information, identify trends, and develop practical recommendations. Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, statistical concepts, and performance reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to program and cross-functional stakeholders. Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal guidance. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, exercise sound professional judgment, and take ownership of ongoing activities or defined project responsibilities. Ability to work effectively in a primarily desk- and computer-based environment for extended periods. No or very little travel is expected for this position.
