Accountabilities:: Provide professional investment advice to clients through the inbound call queue, putting their needs and financial objectives at the centre of each interaction. Build trust and strong client relationships by understanding individual financial situations, investment objectives, and needs. Educate clients on investment options and help them make informed decisions aligned with their financial goals. Support clients with portfolio reviews, onboarding, account access, contributions, withdrawals, and other investment and account-related requests. Apply relevant wealth management strategies and explain their relative strengths and considerations in a clear and client-friendly manner. Complete sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures and established standards. Deliver a high-quality client experience in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client needs effectively. Maintain strong communication, listening, time-management, and relationship-building practices throughout client interactions. Requirements: At least 4 years of relevant industry experience, or a post-secondary degree or diploma. Completion of the core proficiency requirements for Investment Representative licensing, including the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook Course (CPH), or completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE). Familiarity with common wealth management strategies and an understanding of their relative strengths and weaknesses. Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to understand client needs and explain investment concepts clearly. Excellent time-management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced contact centre environment. Strong client-service orientation and a genuine interest in helping Canadians invest and work toward their financial goals. Ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships through remote interactions. French and English bilingualism is a strong asset. English and Cantonese or Mandarin bilingualism is also considered an asset. Benefits: Fully remote, work-from-home position in Canada. Full-time salaried employment.
