Accountabilities: Prospect and acquire new B2B customers, identifying business opportunities and expanding the customer base throughout the assigned territory. Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities to increase sales. Present and sell automotive maintenance and professional repair products, matching customer needs with suitable solutions. Train customers on products, systems, and relevant applications to support product knowledge and effective use. Plan and implement sales campaigns to stimulate demand, strengthen customer engagement, and achieve commercial targets. Analyze sales performance and customer data to identify opportunities, monitor results, and provide relevant reports and insights. Maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring responsive service and ongoing commercial support. Travel within the assigned territory as needed to visit customers, develop relationships, and generate new business. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in B2B sales, including customer prospecting, account management, and commercial negotiations. Good knowledge of technology and confidence using digital tools in daily sales activities. Valid access to a personal vehicle for customer visits and field activities. Availability to travel as required. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Commercial initiative, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to organize customer portfolios, manage priorities, and identify new business opportunities. Nice to Have: Previous experience in the automotive industry or automotive aftermarket. Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer relationship management processes. Experience using Power BI or other tools for sales reporting and data analysis. Basic automotive mechanics knowledge.
