Marketing Web Designer (UX/UI)

Accountabilities: Design polished, on-brand, conversion-focused pages and digital experiences for the marketing website and related touchpoints. Maintain and elevate visual and brand standards, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across marketing assets. Build, document, and maintain scalable components and libraries within a Figma-based design system. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate design concepts and implementation requirements. Collaborate with marketing, content, analytics, and engineering teams to connect creative work with business objectives and ensure high-fidelity implementation. Incorporate accessibility principles and standards such as WCAG into web experiences. Analyze analytics, heatmaps, and session replay data to identify opportunities for improving website performance and user experience. Support A/B testing and experimentation by designing test experiences, helping interpret results, and translating findings into actionable design recommendations. Explore AI-assisted design tools and workflows to improve design-system consistency, documentation, efficiency, and scalability. Requirements 4–6 years of professional experience in marketing or brand-focused web design, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating shipped, live marketing websites with sophisticated typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall visual polish; product UI-only portfolios are not sufficient. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including hands-on experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries. Strong visual judgment and refined design craft, with the ability to deliver enterprise-quality work from the outset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive, incorporate, and articulate feedback effectively. Ability to work at pace while maintaining a high standard of quality and meeting deadlines. Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests or other digital experiments is preferred. Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and using analytics to inform design decisions is an advantage. Experience with heatmapping and session replay platforms such as ContentSquare or Hotjar is a plus. Experience with AI-assisted design tools or AI-enabled workflows for accelerating design-system development is desirable. Previous experience working within a marketing or growth team is beneficial.
