Accountabilities:: Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, customer discovery sessions, solution workshops, demonstration preparation, and presentation delivery. Lead the design of complex SAP SD enhancements and extensions that go beyond standard SAP functionality. Provide functional and architectural guidance for advanced SD solutions, including mobile applications, business intelligence integrations, and other integrated capabilities. Support quality assurance activities for SAP SD implementations and help maintain high standards across solution delivery. Collaborate with SD leadership to develop and improve solution assets, intellectual property, methodologies, and delivery capabilities. Partner with AI and technology teams to explore and develop innovative SAP solutions using artificial intelligence and automation for internal and customer-facing use cases. Support solution delivery across SAP Public Cloud and Private Cloud environments, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. Work directly with customers to understand business challenges, guide transformational change, and maximize business value. Contribute to client-facing workshops, solution discussions, and consultative engagements across multiple regions. Promote innovation, continuous improvement, modern delivery practices, and high-quality execution across SAP engagements. Requirements: More than 10 years of professional SAP experience, with strong specialization in SAP SD. At least 5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, demonstrating experience across solution design and delivery. Strong expertise in SAP SD, including complex enhancements, extensions, and solution architecture. Hands-on experience with third-party ordering and pricing interfaces. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical, innovative SAP solutions. Strong oral, written, interpersonal, and customer-facing communication skills. Proven experience working directly with customers in a consultative and collaborative environment. Ability to work across the United States and Canada and support client engagements in multiple regions. Experience with international trade processes and Intra-stat reporting or related capabilities is preferred. Experience supporting SAP Public Cloud and Private Cloud solutions is preferred. Exposure to mobile solutions, business intelligence, integrated solution areas, or related technologies is an advantage. Experience contributing to pre-sales pursuits and customer-facing solution workshops is preferred. Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions, automation, or AI-driven services in SAP environments is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. SAP SD or related SAP certifications are an asset, while additional SAP, cloud, or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
